SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME: Stealing Underwear orders placed before 3 PM EST are processed the same business day. Stealing Underwear does not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will ship the following business day.

SHIPPING: All United States orders during Stealing Underwear *Launch will receive FREE Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping will arrive in 3-10 days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need your package quicker, we offer expedited shipping options that are calculated at checkout. Expedited Shipping Fees will not be refundable on returned, exchanged or store credit items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rates are determined at checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES: All International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

LOST PACKAGES: Stealing Underwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages marked delivered.

HOLIDAYS: Please note, Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Refused Shipments by Customer after order ships will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as the original shipping fees paid by Stealing Underwear.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Stealing Underwear is not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

TRACKING: Stealing Underwear will provide tracking information on your purchase. If there is a problem with your tracking or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
- INSURANCE: Stealing Underwear offers an extra layer of shipping assurance through ROUTE. ROUTE is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection. ROUTE Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, ROUTE covers the subtotal of the order, the ROUTE premium, shipping costs, and taxes. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Stealing Underwear wants to make shopping with us easy. If you are located within the United States, returns are on us in hopes you will become a forever SU fan. When returning your item(s), please make sure that your return is in compliance with the policies below.

ALL RETURNS must be initiated through Stealing Underwear to be eligible for an original method of payment refund. Please email us at info@stealingunderwear.com to request a return shipping label within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please include the reason for your return.
- Returns within the United States are on us. International shipping return fees will be the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount if/when the returned items are approved for a refund.
- Returned items must be received by our Returns Department within 10 days from the date the return shipping label is created/emailed to you to be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that receiving a pre-paid, return shipping label does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Stealing Underwear will inspect your return upon arrival and contact you if need be.
- If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through us, it will be processed as a store credit if merchandise is returned in new condition and according to Stealing Underwear’s policies.
- All returns, exchanges and store credits are at the sole discretion of Stealing Underwear.
- Stealing Underwear will determine if the item is eligible for a return. Any item returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
- Returned items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached to be approved for a refund. All swimwear must be returned with the original, protective hygienic liner in place.
- If a refund is approved, the amount paid, whether full price or a discounted ‘sale’ price, will be credited back to your original method of payment. Stealing Underwear will email you confirmation of your refund. Refunds can take several days to reflect on your credit card account depending on your financial institution.
- Jewelry being returned will be inspected to ensure the delicate, handmade quality remains intact, and will be at the discretion of Stealing Underwear’s approval.

Any items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Stealing Underwear inspects all products before shipping to ensure we deliver only the finest quality of goods. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Stealing Underwear immediately upon receipt. We request pictures of the damaged item(s) and a description of the damage. Not contacting us immediately may be cause for denying a refund or replacement.
- Exchanges and store credit will be processed immediately.
- If you are making an exchange, your new item(s) will not ship until we receive the returned item(s).

Please use these tips to ensure your item will be returnable.
Swimwear/Lingerie/Undergarments: Try on over underwear. Do not remove the protective hygienic lining. Cover-Ups/Tops/Dresses: Please be mindful of make-up and deodorant rubbing on the garments and/or jewelry snagging the material. Jewelry/Sunglasses/Handbags/Totes: Please be mindful of delicate beading and weaving to avoid snagging and/or loosening of stones, weaves, etc. Additionally, be mindful of make-up, sunscreen, etc. when trying on accessories.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
- Discounts cannot be applied to previous items.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after Checkout.
